For the Landlord
Smith Woolley will ensure rents are collected and paid to the Landlord on or close to the due date.
Remittances to Landlords can be made by Direct Debit into a nominated bank account. Monthly statements are issued providing details of monies collected and expended on their behalf.
The Smith Woolley Management Team has established excellent working relationships with reputable Insurance Brokers, taking advantage of bulk policy purchase which in turn provides premium buildings insurance cover. All claims are processed by our Property Managers and they arrange repair work where appropriate.
