Our Fees

Administration Fees

Administration Fees apply to all lettings.

£150 for referencing a tenant
£120 for each additional person
Should a guarantor be required the charge is £50.

The above fees cover:

  • Processing reference applications
  • Submitting reference report to prospective Landlord
  • Production of Assured Shorthold Tenancy document
  • Registering deposit with Tenancy Deposit Scheme and issuing certificate

Fee for renewal of Agreement: £45

Deposit required: usually one month’s rent + 10%

Check-out Fee

This fee is variable and depends on the size of the property and whether or not it is furnished. A specific fee is available upon request.
